Product Advantages

- Powerful Ignition Performance: Stable dual 7KV high-voltage output with strong and continuous electric arc. It can easily break
down the standard ignition gap, achieving a 100% ignition success rate even in low-temperature and humid working conditions,
avoiding ignition failure and flameout faults.

- High Insulation & Durability: Fully encapsulated with epoxy resin with high insulation grade, effectively preventing electric
leakage, creepage, moisture and dust. It adapts to harsh industrial environments such as boiler rooms and kilns with a longer
  service life than ordinary transformers.

- Stable & Safe: Adopts pure copper enameled wire winding with low internal resistance and low heat generation, supporting
long-term intermittent operation. Equipped with grounding protection to eliminate high-voltage electric shock risks and comply
  with industrial electrical safety standards.

- Wide Compatibility: Its size and parameters fit most integrated burners and industrial nozzles on the market. Plug and play
without equipment modification, featuring low replacement cost and wide application range.

- Easy Installation & Maintenance: Split high-voltage connector design enables simple wiring and quick disassembly without professional tools, minimizing equipment downtime and maintenance costs.

Working Principle
After connected to 220V 50Hz single-phase AC power, the equipment instantly boosts low-voltage mains power to dual 7KV high voltage through electromagnetic induction of internal high and low voltage coils. The high-voltage current is transmitted to the ignition electrode via professional high-voltage wires, breaking down the 4–6mm air gap to form a stable continuous blue high-voltage arc. The arc instantly ignites the gas and fuel mixture sprayed by the burner to complete automatic ignition. Adopting intermittent operation mode, it avoids overheating damage caused by long-term power-on and ensures long-term stable operation.

Application Scenarios

- Industrial heating equipment: Oil/gas integrated burners, industrial boilers, hot blast stoves, drying furnaces and oven
  combustion systems

- Kiln equipment: Tunnel kilns, industrial kilns, radiant tube burners and high-speed energy-saving burners

- Commercial thermal equipment: Industrial methanol combustion equipment, gas stoves and commercial heating equipment

- General industrial combustion systems: Various small and medium-sized oil-gas burners and automatic ignition supporting
  equipment

Supporting Spare Parts

- High-voltage output wire: 2-meter flame-retardant and high-voltage resistant wire, anti-breakage and anti-leakage

- High-voltage plug: Male and female insulated docking plugs, compatible with standard ignition electrodes for easy installation

- Ignition electrode: Matching high-temperature resistant ignition needle, suitable for 4–6mm standard ignition gap

- Fixing bracket: Universal mounting bracket for most burner installation positions

- Insulating sheath: Protective insulating sleeve for high-voltage lines to prevent high-voltage creepage and short circuit

Daily Maintenance

- Regular Cleaning: Clean dust and oil stains on the equipment surface monthly to keep the shell dry and clean, avoiding reduced
insulation performance caused by dust accumulation.

- Circuit Inspection: Regularly check high-voltage wires for damage, aging and cracking, and ensure plugs are not loose or
oxidized to eliminate leakage and short circuit risks.

- Gap Calibration: Calibrate the ignition needle gap quarterly and strictly maintain 4–6mm. Excessively large gap causes ignition
failure, while too small gap leads to electrode ablation.

- Standard Operation: Strictly follow the 25% duty cycle intermittent operation requirement. Prolonged continuous power-on
operation is forbidden to prevent coil overheating and burnout.

- Grounding Test: Regularly check the reliability of ground connection. Poor grounding will cause high-voltage leakage,
  equipment failure and safety accidents.

- Environmental Protection: Avoid long-term soaking and rain exposure, keep away from high-temperature open flame areas and
ensure good ventilation and heat dissipation.

Acceptance Standard

- Appearance Acceptance: The shell is well sealed without cracking, degumming or deformation; wires are intact without damage
  and all accessories are complete.

- Electrical Acceptance: Normal power-on under 220V input voltage without abnormal noise and overheating; dual-channel high-
voltage output is stable with standard voltage and current.

- Ignition Test: Strong spark and uniform continuous arc at 4–6mm standard gap without flame breakage, weak flame or electric
  leakage.

- Insulation Test: The overall insulation performance meets standards without high-voltage creepage and leakage, and the
  grounding protection function works normally.

- Working Condition Test: Stable operation under simulated 25% duty cycle intermittent working condition without overheating
and fault alarm, meeting industrial working requirements.

FAQ:
Q1:Why no spark after power on?
A : ① The ignition needle gap is too large or too small (adjust to 4–6mm); ② High-voltage wire damage, falling off or plug oxidation causing poor contact; ③ Unreliable grounding triggering insulation protection; ④ Coil overheating protection caused by long-term continuous power-on, restart after power-off cooling.

Q2:How to solve weak and intermittent spark?
A : It is mostly caused by carbon deposition and oxidation on the ignition needle or slight leakage of high-voltage lines. Clean the oxide layer of the ignition needle, check the wire insulation, and recalibrate the ignition gap to restore normal operation.

Q3:Can it work 24 hours continuously?
A : No. The rated duty cycle is 25% (3-minute cycle) for intermittent operation. Long-term continuous power-on will cause coil overheating and burnout and greatly shorten the service life.

Q4: Is it compatible with different brand burners?
A : Universally compatible with most domestic and imported small and medium-sized oil and gas burners. The parameters, interfaces and mounting sizes are universal for direct replacement without modification.

Q5: Is shell heating normal during operation?
A : Slight heating during intermittent operation is normal; if the shell is extremely hot with abnormal noise, power off immediately to check for circuit short circuit and abnormal load.
