Specification: Secondary auxiliary high-load atomizing nozzle, matched with No.1 nozzle to realize two-stage fire power regulation
Working Principle1. NOZZLE NO.1 (34031077)
Fuel flows through precision micropores inside the nozzle. Under pressure, the fuel is split into fine and uniform oil mist. This nozzle supplies fuel alone during startup to form basic low-load flame. As the core atomizing part for initial ignition, it ensures stable oil mist concentration for successful ignition.
2. IGNITION ELECTRODE (A548E)
After the burner starts, the high-voltage transformer transmits high-voltage current to the electrode, generating continuous electric sparks between electrode gaps. The sparks contact the oil mist ejected from No.1 nozzle and ignite the oil-gas mixture instantly. The ceramic outer shell insulates high voltage to prevent electric leakage and short circuit.
3. PHOTO CELL (36215042)
The light-sensitive surface continuously captures flame light inside the furnace and converts optical signals into electrical signals transmitted to the controller.
Stable flame detected: The controller keeps the fuel valve open for continuous fuel supply and normal operation.
Flame lost or extinguished: It immediately sends shutdown signals to cut off fuel supply, avoiding accumulation of unignited fuel and explosion risks through safety interlock protection.
4. METAL FLEXIBLE HOSE DN13/DN20
It serves as the fuel delivery pipeline connecting the oil pump and burner head. The corrugated telescopic structure offsets vibration generated during operation of ships and boilers, preventing fracture and oil leakage of rigid pipelines. The double-layer metal structure resists oil pressure and fuel corrosion, delivering stable fuel to nozzles without interruption.
5. NOZZLE NO.2 (1068)
When the boiler needs higher temperature and thermal load, the oil circuit solenoid valve opens, and fuel flows into No.2 nozzle for secondary atomization and oil injection. It works together with No.1 nozzle for dual-oil circuit combustion, increasing total fuel supply and heating output to achieve two-stage power adjustment.
Application ScenariosMarine Supporting Industry
Replacement and maintenance for Greens auxiliary boilers on bulk carriers, container ships, engineering vessels and offshore platforms; supporting cabin heating, domestic hot water supply and pipeline anti-freezing systems for ships.
Industrial Thermal Equipment
Spare part replacement for oil-fired steam boilers, hot water boilers and thermal oil heaters in factories.
Maintenance Service Providers
Consumable spare parts stocked by ship repair yards and thermal energy equipment companies.
Old Equipment Renovation
One-stop replacement of aging components for Oilon RP-130H burners.
Component Maintenance Instructions1. NOZZLE NO.1 (34031077) & NOZZLE NO.2 (1068)
Disassemble and clean carbon deposits and oil residues with diesel every 3–6 months.
Replace immediately if oil mist splints, black smoke emission or difficult ignition occurs.
Do not polish or enlarge the aperture, as changed bore size will damage atomization performance.
2. IGNITION ELECTRODE (A548E)
Inspect ceramic insulation monthly; replace once cracks or heavy carbon deposits appear.
Clean oil dirt and carbon deposits on electrode tip to maintain standard discharge gap.
Handle gently during disassembly and assembly to avoid ceramic cracking and electric leakage.
3. PHOTO CELL (36215042)
Wipe the front light-sensitive lens regularly; oil stains will cause false flame-out alarms and frequent shutdowns.
Test induction sensitivity every six months and replace if signal attenuation occurs.
Install away from high-temperature baking to slow aging of light-sensitive elements.
4. METAL FLEXIBLE HOSE DN13/DN20
Inspect pipe wall for cracks, oil leakage and deformation every shutdown cycle.
Replace the whole hose every 1–2 years under vibrating marine working conditions to avoid oil leakage caused by metal fatigue.
General Safety RemindersCut off power supply and close fuel valves before all maintenance operations. All spare parts are exclusive for Oilon RP-130H and shall not be replaced with incompatible models.
