Working Principle 

1. Hydrostatic pressure generation: The liquid height inside the tank generates static pressure, acting vertically on the stainless steel sensing diaphragm box installed on the tank top.                                                Formula: P=ρgh                                                                                                                                      P=static pressure, ρ=medium density, g=gravity acceleration, h=liquid level height.
2. Pressure transmission: The sealed capillary hose is fully filled with incompressible pressure-transfer liquid, transmitting pressure losslessly from the diaphragm box to the dial gauge.
3. Mechanical display: The internal Bourdon tube inside the dial deforms under transmitted pressure. The deformation is amplified by linkage gear mechanism to drive the pointer.
4. Dual-scale reading: The dial is pre-calibrated with liquid level (meter) & pressure (MPa) scales, with tank volume reading and high-level alarm line for direct on-site reading.
5. Self-powered advantage: Pure mechanical structure without any electrical parts, driven only by liquid static pressure, no electricity needed.

Installation & Maintenance Guide

Installation Notes

1. Fix the sensing diaphragm box horizontally at the highest point of tank top to ensure full contact with liquid static pressure.

2. Avoid sharp bending or squeezing capillary tube; bending radius ≥10cm to prevent internal pressure liquid blockage.

3. Mount dial gauge on walkway or pump room wall for convenient daily inspection.
